Welcome to the Treasury Ministry!

“Faithful Stewardship for God’s Kingdom”

The Treasury Ministry is entrusted with managing the financial resources of Guilgal-SDA Church with integrity, transparency, and a spirit of worship. This department ensures that all tithes, offerings, and donations are properly recorded, allocated, and used to support the mission and ministries of the church. The treasurers are not just financial managers—they are stewards of God’s blessings, committed to using every dollar to further His work.

The goal of the Treasury Ministry is to honor God through responsible and accountable financial practices. Its objectives include accurate financial reporting, safeguarding church funds, assisting ministry departments with budgeting, and maintaining compliance with conference and denominational standards. The team also helps educate members on the importance of tithes and offerings and encourages faithful giving as an act of worship.

Guided by 2 Corinthians 9:7“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver,” the Treasury Ministry seeks to create a culture of joyful, generous stewardship. For any questions or financial assistance, please contact us at treasurer@guilgalsda.org.

We believe in caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Through healthful living and spiritual growth, we honor the body as God’s temple and seek abundant life in Him.

What to expect

Visiting for the first time? Here’s everything you need to know…from what to bring and how to dress to what our worship experience feels like. We want you to feel right at home.

We recommend bringing a Bible (digital or print), a notebook if you’d like to take notes, and a heart ready to worship and connect. If you’re coming with children, feel free to bring anything that keeps them comfortable during service. We also provide visitor cards for prayer requests or questions.

Come as you are! Many of our members wear modest, semi-formal attire for Sabbath worship—dresses or skirts for women, and dress shirts or suits for men—but casual and neat clothing is perfectly welcome. What matters most is your presence, not your outfit.

Giving is completely voluntary. If you’d like to support the church, we accept tithes and offerings during service or online. No pressure—your presence is the greatest gift.

Sabbath School begins at 9:15 AM, and the main French worship service typically starts at 11:00 AM. We encourage arriving 10–15 minutes early to find seating and settle in. The English worship service starts at 12:15 PM

Children and youth are encouraged to dress modestly and comfortably. For youth programs or special events, we may suggest specific attire—but we always prioritize making every young person feel welcomed and loved.

Warm, vibrant, and spirit-filled. Expect heartfelt worship, uplifting music, meaningful teaching, and a friendly, multicultural church family ready to welcome you with open arms.
